A very good hotel in an excellent place a few steps from the beach, with good service, attentive and friendly staff and most importantly, good price. It is located in collins ave. and with a bus stop in front of the hotel, it is a few minutes from south beach. Good option to consider.

I was with my family and was the place we've ever been. Near to the beach, cleaning service was great, the staff are super friendly, rooms super comfortable, jacuzzi and pool in the perfect temperature. The hotel is located in one of the most exclusive zones in Miami and it's ideal for tourists. From your room you have a fantastic view to the sea or to the bay. It was a great place to get relax.

Budget wise I’m a pretty modest traveller so I never expect anything fancy from hotels however this is below expectation. I’m not too familiar with the standard of US hotels but I’ve stayed in much better 2-3 star hotels in India and SE Asia. Pros: - First impressions are good, lobby and common area look newly renovated. - Customer service is ok, not friendly but not terrible. - The room was massive and had 2 massive beds which were pretty comfortable. -close to publix supermarket Cons: - The rooms were in desperate need of renovation, the carpets were grotty and dirty, the bathroom was old, the kitchenette was falling apart. - The air conditioning unit sounded like a steam train, sleep with ear plugs - There was no hot water for our whole 4 night stay, lukewarm at best. Admittedly we didn’t complain cause we weren’t sure whether not having hot water was just a Miami thing, like in some places in Nicaragua. - there was only 1 lift for the whole building (which broke down once) and not free access to stairs, which meant a very long wait time for the lift - the pool in the building was more like a hot tub not refreshing when it’s hot, we weren’t told we could use an alternative pool in their sister hotel - the location was very average, good for getting the bus but a long walk (20-30min) to north beach for half decent restaurants and not walking to south beach. There are very limited food options in the area. The beach in the area wasn’t great for swimming, real choppy water and heaps of sea grass that wasn’t cleaned. In fact we hardly went to the beach which is disappointing cause it’s Miami but we did realise after a while people don’t swim in the beach anyway (very strange) - the kitchenette is very basic and the drawers and doors were broken, can’t cook meals and has minimal cutlery - room service is hit and miss, sometimes they would come and sometimes not, sometimes they would top up the shampoo other times not. - our room faced the main road and sound proofing was rubbish cause the balcony doors didn’t close properly We’re on a tight budget and Miami is super expensive, so we had to stay somewhere like this however if we could afford it, we would have spent the money and gone somewhere else.

The only good thing about the hotel is it’s location. It is an old hotel well located in Miami Beach. At the room there is a kind of air conditioner compressor (attached picture) that is so noisy that makes you feel you are Sleeping with a eighteen wheeler in your room. The price they charge for parking the car at the hotel is extremely expensive. The shower water temperature was warm, couldn’t have a hot shower. There was free WiFi, but not good speed. And to complete the employees was not the friendliest ones. Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND t his hotel.

What a great place to stay! Great rates, great staff, and great location. I will definitely be coming back. The location was perfect, you're in walking distance to the beach and a lot of nice places eat. Hope to come back sooner rather than later.

Wonderful stay, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff is great ! always ready to help with anything that you may ask. Loved the location for the money. Balcony view was Amazing !! We love the pool and the terrace.

Wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Miami. Chose this hotel and I we are both glad we did. Clean lobby, great staff, and clean spacious room. Convenient location justa cross from the beach. Highly recommend this property.

I was skeptical about staying here at first as there is not many reviews. I am a hotel executive for a large chain of upscale hotels in the Caribbean. I've stayed at many resorts from palm beach to the keys. My family and I were going on a cruise so we chose to stay here for 5 nights. This is a hidden gem near south beach. This is a first class resort with first class staff willing and able to help in a moment. My family and I were treated like royalty. My children loved this stay and the pools were fabulous. This resort is situated slightly north of south beach with easy access to all miami and Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The room with beautiful floors and beds and an amazing view was a bargain. I plan on promoting this place for guests coming to my companies hotels. This is first class On an affordable dollar. Staff were welcoming and arranged all our excursions. The cost was at least half of what we would have paid staying in the heart of south beach. I recommend staying her for couples, families and travelers. This is definitely in the top 5 of resorts I've stayed in Miami. This resort is easy access from Miami or lauderdale airport. A short drive to south beach or lauderdale. Walking distance to the beach and the finest restaurants. The rooms ,hall, and lobby were very clean and upscale. Consider this gem if you come to Miami Beach as it you will not be disappointed!

Their costumer service is excellent, nice rooms, very comfortable beds and clean , valet service is great. at night is very quiet I could actually rest. cleaning crew very professional, I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Our flight arrived very early in the morning and the front desk agent was so kind and provided us with a early check in. We got a renovated studio which was incredible and the view was spectacular! I loved the fact that we had a balcony and we were able to enjoy the fantastic view and nice weather! There's no restaurant but you are able to use all of the amenities at the Casablanca Hotel that's across the street which was perfect! We will definitively come back!!!!
