NOISE DISCLAIMER

The apartment is located near the Locust club/bar, so you may notice some noise during operating hours, especially in the evenings. However, please rest assured that the club is legally required to turn off all music and noise by 9 PM, so it shouldn’t interfere with your night's rest. Additionally, we have installed noise detectors in the unit to monitor the decibel levels, ensuring that everything remains within a comfortable range. Should you experience any noise disturbances after the scheduled time, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will promptly reach out to the appropriate authorities to address the situation.

• Don't store trash in the apartment for days please. Kindly ask you to use trash chute DAILY located outside of the building from back side
