Wonderful staff, great location, clean.

Property was in a good location, however, rooms smelled musty and rooms were noisy.

Loved the decor. Clean.

This hotel was relatively new, I guess? Housekeeping never came, I had to request it, it wasn’t really a major issue, the only thing that was they didn’t have dedicated beach space so you had to borrow an umbrella or rent one and why am I paying a resort fee?

It was our 13th year anniversary, and I chose the Palihouse based on the pictures that were

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and fun ambiance. If you don't want a resort experience this is a great place. Parking is a challenge, only 15 paid slots for the whole hotel, otherwise you are on your own to find street parking which is limited. Be sure to request a parking remote before you arrive. Food was good w/ pleasing presentation. Unfortunate road construction right now. Thanks Palli, turned out to be a good experience.

I don’t typically do this, however I had the King Room and was completely disgusted by how dirty the place was - the jar holding cream, sugar and coffee pods was so so dirty that sugar packets were stuck and had mold on them. The TV I couldn’t see the screen for all the finger prints, and they had this touch screen frame on the nightstand that looked like it had never been cleaned, there were glass rings crusted on the window cil and the walls by the door and in bathroom were disgusting. I called the front for an iron and almost an hour later had to call again because they never delivered it. For the money, I really was hoping for a better place. Oh well, lesson learned.

I think all the positive reviews would be great if the full construction of the area wasn’t going on - this area in general is not a place you want to stay right now. The hotel was fine but the location was awful. Construction on one side and totally flooded streets on the other. The pool, not an oasis. I was able to sit out a few times but never got into the pool - the area was poorly maintained and the pool to be honest, I didn’t want to get in. All the overgrown greenery that people are raving about in the aesthetic of the pool area is what makes it functionally not work - I don’t think I saw a single person step foot into this pool. Bed was in fact unbelievably dreamy!!

The design of this hotel is stunning. Everything has been thought of, down to the smallest details, and staying here is so relaxing. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of seating and lounging options, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the amenities like free bike rentals, beach towels, and chairs are awesome. The staff is so friendly and the food/drinks are incredible! I would 100% return.

Be warned, the room you pay for WILL NOT be the room you receive. The images appear on Orbitz (and other sites) are from a larger room on the property. We booked what Orbitz referred to as a Deluxe Triple, but were placed in a small room (less than ~200 sq ft). Other issues: The promised transportation to the beach was not available. Even though the hotel is a recent rehab, there is a persistent mildew odor in the hallways. The room doors slam each time they are closed (something that could easily be fixed with the right hardware). Only one staff member is at the front desk at a time and they also have to answer the phone, meaning wait times for everything was painfully long. Some positives: Cool vibe, wifi is included in resort fee. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked well.

It was a great stay just was a grand opening so everything was just beginning to build so hopefully in the future it’ll just get better

En general muy bien, limpio, tranquilo, muy amables, cerca a la playa ,la habitación es mas pequeña que en las fotos y el costo adicional el costo del parking me pareció costoso

Thank you so much for choosing Palihouse Miami Beach. Unfortunately due to our covid 19 procedures we are only providing stayover service every three days at this time. We are continuously reviewing our procedures and hope to someday soon be able to change this.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Unfortunately your correct parking is a big challenge in Miami beach and we are lucky to have our parking lot. We are being patient with the Indian creek improvements as we know it will be beautiful once complete. We hope you can return sometime soon.

Dear Andrea, Thank you for your recent stay at Palihouse Miami Beach, and thank you for your review. We are all sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are happy to report that the construction surrounding the hotel is almost complete. Also, as the construction is related to flooding around Miami Beach, this should resolve that issue as well. While we try to maintain our pool area as well as possible, I know that it has been very windy lately here in Miami and I know that can cause debris to fall in the pool. Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to improve our offerings. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our comfy, plush beds. Please let us know when you will be returning as we would love to welcome you back. Cheers!
