Property was ok
The curtains on the window were mismatched. The shower water temperature was inconsistent. Room was not cleaned in 3 days. The room didn't even have a trash can.
They did not have face towels and they charged me twice for staying because of bad paperwork

Very outdated, old disgusting bathroom untouched since 1950’s ? ! Shower head clogged with dirt ( water stone?) barely streaming water. No toiletries, towels . AC set on freezing and unable to control. Now I am sick. Very noisy people walking was extremely loud .
The hotel was clean, no room service, had to ask for towels, which you only get a set,soaps, shampoo and conditioner, no housekeeping. The staff was helpful specially nick very nice guy. The parking is terrible a there is a $30 per day fee to park in the hotel parking and is first come first serve

Seems like a nice place, wish my confirmed booking with Orbitz was accepted at Notebook Miami Beach. Instead, I had nothing, despite having my Orbitz confirmation information. No room, nothing. Spent 1.5 hours with Orbitz to get a worse place much further away, ruining my entire trip.
Parking was a problem and Staff were not helpful at all. The room temperature was very cold and no thermostat control.. not impressed with the place.. I won’t be back!

Disastrous. We stayed 2 weeks and we had one day of room service. They did not even clean the trash cans of the room.
