The rooms could use an update. The curtains are outdated. Under the bed needed to be cleaned, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, no shower mat so you had to use towels to keep the floor dry because the shower door do not extend very far, we never saw housekeeping the entire 5 days!

Clean property, nice size rooms, could use more parking spaces and more amenities which it looks like they are adding more amenities in the near future.

Stayed there for one night to attend a wedding. I was worried about what I would find based on previous reviews but I had no other choice as it was for the end of the year weekend. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean and very spacious. The floor had been replaced for tile and the bathroom was small but decent. My room faced the main road so I wasn't pleased with the noise of cars at night. Didn't eat at the hotel as you have plenty of restaurants around to choose from. You can use the beach facilities at their property hotel at the beach which is 1 block walking. Staff is not the most friendly but that is the same with people in Miami. Good option for a stay for their affordability, cleaniness, and location.

Parking cost was not disclosed up front. Parking attendants were great. Staff was friendly. Tile was beautiful. There was hair on the shower wall. Towels needed to be bleached better, they were supposed to be white but grey due to improper bleaching. Will be booking again! Over all nice place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Thumbs up.

I would never expect to pay $30 for parking!!!!! After adding up all of the taxes, fees and parking we could have stayed at the Hilton for the same cost.

The orbitz app told me I had a room reserved at this hotel and when I showed up the hotel told me I didn’t have a reservation. When I showed them I did on my phone they still told me they didn’t have a room in there system. I called orbitz and they told me they would take care of the situation. When the representative got back with me he said they where booked and they lost my reservation.

We arrived to find this hotel between a bridge and a construction site. We were given an electronic key to our room which was already open( key to any “locked” door in this hotel seemed unnecessary. The room was nothing short of shocking. The filthy carpet, the seedy bathroom and kitchenette, the cell like furniture( not even dorm worthy) and the the “balcony” was a stained cement slab overlooking the construction site. Paint was peeling off the doors inside the room and in the main body of the hotel. I’ll let the picture describe the pool area. In the end, to the hotels credit, they offered us another room at their sister hotel which appeared equally downtrodden and then refunded our money. We were now in the lurch to find another hotel in Miami and it was New Years week. A disgrace, incomprehensible that Orbitz would recommend this hotel and certainly not in this price bracket.

I got switched to their sister hotel, the Casablanca. If the lobby of 66 was any indication, I was lucky. However, the Casablanca is something out of a noir novel. It looks as if time stopped thirty years ago. I had an ocean view I could barely see through the dirty windows, all the furniture was beat up, the bathtub full of patches, the whole place was so tired. At least it was reasonably clean. Then the water stopped running just as I was trying to get out the door and did not come back for half an hour. Stay away.

No in-room safe, no restaurant, no shuttle service for airport or port of Miami. We did have access to the "sister" hotel (Casablanca) a block away, however. This gave us beach access and dining access. The staff there was pleasant and helpful.

Viewed the Indian Creek river bridge opened for high boat pass by at the flat of the big enough room.Tower is great, room with microwave and sink everything u need for healing up food.Very nice and surprise.Only un-good thing is there is no drinking water or juoce for sale in the hotel.Hv to walk two block away get drinks...

This was mostly a pleasant stay. Was here 4 nights. The valet parking (although $32 a day) was actually nice. The staff was quick & helpful. Even open all doors for us. The room itself had great views and was very clean and comfortable....except the BED! The bed was a full size horrible mattress that needs to be upgraded for the price of this hotel. The property has a "sister hotel" a block away with beach access and restaurant/bar all available for sixty sixty use, but we were told about it on our final night. Would've been nice to know earlier. The housekeeper was amazing! Room was clean and the towels folded into different shapes or animals every day was a great touch. Did NOT like the surprise $200 deposit they charged my card on arrival (that I'm still waiting to be refunded 4 days after checkout. Also the pool area was nice but dirty. Towels everywhere & pool didn't look all that clean. Hot tub was broken and ice cold. Would've been nice on the 60 degree nights. Like I said, it was mostly pleasant but will probably go somewhere else next time.

People was very nice. Rooms are super clean with an amazing view. Elevator and other areas maybe need more cleaning and fix it. Details only. Everything else amazing! I'll be back again.

Convenient for the purpose. Nice diner around the corner and a 711 for snacks

Our family of 7 stayed in two suites one night after our cruise and we wished we could have stayed the whole week! The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and within an easy walk and access to the most beautiful beach and pool area we've seen in a long time, we couldn't have been more happy.
