Stayed here several times. Property is always immaculate. Daily breakfast is pretty good, decent options. We will stay here again when in this area.

My husband and I stayed overnight and it was wonderful. Breakfast was great and we even sat out on the patio! Loved every moment. Plan to return soon!!

Was in town for the weekend for a wedding. Check-in was fast. Made it to the suite and the first thing I noticed was food left in the fridge. Called the front desk and they immediately came up and cleaned the fridge. Then I noticed the microwave was left dirty (my biggest pet peeve). The kitchen faucet was very loose. The curtains had stains on them and the walls were a little dirty. Housekeeping didn't come at all the 2 days we were there. On the positive, breakfast was great every morning. This hotel is not worth the money spent. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Poor condition - needs maintenance

This hotel used to be the best in the area, but unfortunately has gone downhill. Cleanliness has noticeably declined. And the furniture is very worn & torn every time I visit. I don't trust sitting on it or trust sitting my luggage on the floor due to possible creepy crawlers...it makes me wonder what else they’ve neglected. This time, I took a picture and decided to leave a review. The only positives left are the friendly service and a decent breakfast. However, that’s not enough to keep me coming back. I’ve stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Schererville a few times...it offers much better quality at a slightly lower price. That’s where I’ll be staying from now on.
