We decided to give it a try because the rating is great on Expedia. It was listed that night as the most expensive choice in the area. But to our surprise, building is old and smelly. Fans in room can't be turned off. Bed is too soft while pillows are high like balls. We ended up used towels as pillow. Feels like been tricked by Rating. It definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

Great room. Very clean. Everyone i talked to was so nice. My only complaint was the shower head. Not much water came . And what did was in many directions. That being said. The room was very clean and same with the bathroom. Very comfy bed

First of all, while the historic building is in great shape and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated, THE STAFF of this hotel is what makes it so great. From the time you arrive until you check out, the valet, reception area, check in, housekeeping, and dining areas are staffed with a great, friendly and helpful team. It is always a great experience.
