Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing some renovations , one of which are the elevators. There were only two working elevators and there would be a ridiculously long line every time I wanted to go to my room. Then, of course, the elevators would be full when they were gong down . Everyone was frustrated and complaining . Our room was supposed to come with bathrobes and we asked repeatedly but got nothing. Finally someone from housekeeping told us they no longer had them. On the flip side, the staff was very professional and nice ( even though guests were literally yelling at them all day). Our room included breakfast and the breakfast snd service were excellent . The room itself was very nice so that was a huge positive. The location of the hotel was wonderful as it was near all the good shopping. Had it not been for the elevator situation I would have given a better review. I won’t be staying here again as there were too many negative “surprises”.

Nice, mid-level hotel right off Oxford St - could use some upgrades…Netflix options, an actual mini-bar and…more lifts on each floor. Someday. But close to lots of wonderful London stuff.

The location was prefect !! Close to the tube. Easy to get too from the airport . The mini bar was not pleasing. 2 Diet Coke bag of popcorn and 2 bottle waters. Drinks were room temperature .

Property remains a good value but some things need improvement. During my visit the escalator from the ground floor to reception did not operate for 2 days. The elevator from ground floor is not well-marked. Bell staff that are supposed to be working at the ground level are rarely helpful. Most often they are speaking to one another or the persons outside that are smoking.

The staf aas friendly but the rooms conditions was bad. And there was a sewage problem. We had to chack out after 1 day.

staff are friendly, clean hotel. 1 major flaw and that was a deal breaker for us was noisy. People in and out all the time even pass midnight. Door open and slam all day long

Great location; big quiet rooms and a very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
