The room is very small and is not suitable for a person with disabilities. My mom is disabled and uses a wheelchair to get around. It was very difficult for her to move around in this tiny hotel room. The wheel chair does not fit thru the bathroom door. We asked the front desk if they have an accessible room that they can transfer us to, but they said all the rooms are the same. Also, the view from the room that we got was an old burned down looking building. I booked the hotel room for 3 nights. After learning that it was nearly impossible for my mom to get around the hotel room, we cancelled the last two nights. The hotel refused to issue us a refund. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

Very friendly staff, plush comfortable beds, delicious food! Close/ very nearby excellent shopping and the US Embassy, which is exactly what we needed this week.

Very clean, staff professional and courteous and went out of their way for us, including arranging for ground transportation when needed. Only problem encountered during this stay is that the hot water was not working part of the time.

Bad experience in the hotel, very unprofessional and unpleasant staff, especially at the reception, they do not even know what they do and are completely overwhelmed. Booked and confirmed one king bed, but received two single beds. Beds and pillows have limited comfort. One out of the two elevators was broken, resulting a wait in hot corridors for 10 minutes all the time. No water provided. Kind staff at the hotel entrance. This hotel is totally disorganized and the reception staff does not care much anyway. I absolutely not recommend this unfriendly place.

This brand new hotel is very nice with larger rooms, coffee pot and refrigerator. However, the time I'm sick coz I have diarrhea my wife went to lobby to extend our stay one day but the woman in the front desk took my credit card and room key then she only returned the credit card but she insist that she gave the key card but my wife didn't receive a room key then she wanted to charge for a third key. Then when we went to check out the woman at the front desk wanted to charge us for a bathmat but we didn't have a bathmat when we arrived. So, we used a towel for a bathmat and it picked up some dirt from the improperly cleaned floor. Then, they decided to charge us for the dirty towel.

Room is clean and wi fi is excellent. Staff are helpful and nice plus security is good.

Safe place modern new building security is excellent. Room is very clean compare to Bayview park hotel nearby and more affordable price

Stayed there for almost 2 weeks. It was okay but, It would be nice if they airconditoned the hotel's elevator or even the hallways. Its pretty hot soon as you get out off your room or coming from outside. Althought the Parking lot its free, it is a first come first serve parking. They should atleast mentioned it online radther than just saying free parking. The room is nice and clean, the draw back is, it'll take at least 10-15 minutes before it'll cool off when you turned on the air condition. There is a restaurant by the entrance which is nice and its open 24hrs a day. If you want to eat just get down and order a chow :) Closed to almost businesses around Ermita Manila. If your business is around the area. I'll rate them 3.5 out off 5

Bring your own soap. Nice room, clean, and comfortable. Missing little things like soap.

the facilities are very good but the staff was bad
