GUEST REGISTRATION

For security reasons, we require a copy of the government-issued IDs of all guests to register you with the building's admin and concierge.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily (6am to 6pm for kids). You’ll need to secure passes from the admin office. Office hours at:

M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM
Sat: 8 AM - 12 PM
Sun: Closed (inform us ahead if you need passes for Sunday)

Passes shall be paid by guests at Php 150 per guest on weekdays and Php 300 per guest weekends and holidays.

CONVENIENCE

Supermarket and 7-11 are available inside Mplace Mall. There are multiple restaurants and cafes at a walking distance away as well.

PARKING

1. Paid parking at MPlace Basement - Php 60 for first 2 hours, Php 30 for succeeding hours. Overnight parking: 1:30AM to 6:00AM at Php 300.
2. Paid parking at National Bookstore (5-min walk away from Mplace) - Php 50 for first 3 hours, Php 20 for succeeding hours

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

We can accommodate up to 3 guests for an additional fee (after 2 guests). Our sofa bed can be reclined and we can provide additional blanket for the 3rd guest upon request in advance.

CLEANING

Housekeeping Service: Additional Php 500 for 2 hours (includes towel and linen replacement)

Other things to note
Internet issues is addressed by our Internet Service Provider (Sky Fiber). Please note that the lead time will depend on the schedule provided by the ISP.

Strictly NO SMOKING and no heavy cooking. Penalties caused by smoke alarm shall be paid by guest. Deodorizing of smoke odor from the unit will be shouldered by the guest.
