There are no maitenance, faucets in bathrooms at room and in the bathrooms in swiming pool area to much rust, one of them whn i use it it fell off, one day we wake up w no water in all the hotel, it took till 2 pm to come back, but whn it did was so smelly and stinks like if was water of from drain so bad...after i complain i think they trow to much bleach at it that s.ell worse that the swimingg pool,and wasnt me just complaining also some others guest too.

This property was all I was looking for. From the moment I came in the staff was very welcoming and I felt instantly relaxed with the ambiance. I was coming from busy and loud NYC and Kimpton Aluna Hotel provided the quietness and calmness I needed.

I liked our stay at the resort with one exception - the food was atrocious - everywhere we went and everywhere we ate, the food was by far the worst part of our stay. For such a wonderful resort with such amazing staff that were there for you every second, the food was 3rd to 4th rate AT BEST. I expected much better for a resort of this quality. The rooms were perfectly appointed and just beautiful. There is some construction going on but they made a point to not let that distract from the stay.

The hotel is like a paradise. Breathtaking views, nice swimming pool, good amenities. The only downside is the buffet that has terrible food. Unfortunately, that was the only option for breakfast and lunch.
