Where should I start? I am a very simple person and therefore require the most minimum to be content. So when I say this hotel is TERRIBLE I even surprise myself. My husband and I were really disappointed with our stay. The worst of it all was that our room had no air conditioning. We complained on the first day we were there and they sent a repair man to our room. He explained the filter was dirty so he changed it and that now the AC would no longer blow warm air. We waited and waited the AC was still blowing warm air. On our second day there we complained again at reception. The woman gave us another room to try out. Upon walking into that room (with the AC in full blast) the room was warm. Now we started to realize it's not just our room. Probably most of the rooms at this hotel had an air conditioning issue. We went back to reception and told her the room was hot. She then proceeded to paige the manager who was supposed to stop by our room. Two hours of waiting in our room no manager showed up. We called reception and was told they don't know why the manager hasn't shown up/responded. They called him again. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. NO ONE HELPED US. My husband and I gave up. We did not want to spend our whole vacation complaining about the AC and spending time in our hotel room waiting for help to show up. It would be nice if the manager who comments on everyone's reviews actually posted there contact information, would have been useful.
decent hotel on the gran via so close to historic center everything fine overall bathrooms a bit small mine had only shower. but its a nice enough hotel for the money
The hotel is located in a very good place. It was close to all main sight-seeings in the city.
