One of the worst hotels I've experienced in a very long time. Staff were excessively rude, particularly those in the lounge. Rooms were barely clean. No hot water one morning. Management should be replaced as the poor staff attitude and rudeness are a function of poor training and poor corporate culture. I will never stay at this hotel again or any in this particular chain of hotels.

Enclose proximity to a lot of restaurants and bus stops. Very walkable and safe. The hotel was very beautiful and they have a full restaurant and bar. The staff were nice.

The overall experience was good! Felt very safe with extra security to enter the lobby area. The room was very modern & nice; except from some hairs in the bathroom, but the rest of the room seemed cleaned. The phone in the room never worked, front desk was notified, but wasn’t replaced.

Pleasant stay, room was typical city hotel size. Extra bed for a child makes it very tight. Batheoom was very dated. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff very friendly. Pool was too cold to use even though it was 33 degrees.

Our room on the 3rd floor corner room as my request, the room was very hot and we mentioned to the staff was told will come up and check on us maybe could change the room, he never shows up! Luckily I’ve got a personal fan that helps us through the whole week!
