Very nice place to stay.
It’s ok for a night of stay. Staffs are friendly. The hotel condition is a little outdated.
Older property in need of a renovation.
Good value for a stay here for 2 moms and 2 teenagers in a 2-king room. Room was spacious, pet fee was reasonable, breakfast had several options even if there was limited selection within each food type. I appreciated that breakfast included a few warm options (eggs, bacon, hashbrown paddies, and an automatic pancake maker). Pool was fine. Room heat was a little loud (typical) and street noise was audible but not bothersome. Shower was hot. Parking was plentiful. Staff were really nice. We had no issues during our stay. This is not a high class hotel with lots of amenities, but given the reasonable room rates, it exceeded my expectations. Tip: The Thai/Laotian place across the street was surprisingly good. Only open for takeout right now, but it's literally just across the street, so easy to pick up and bring back to your room.
Hot tub was out of order after telling us the day before on the phone it was working. Front desk person didn’t know how to move us to another room. Had to call her manager. Some locks don’t work. Another family that stayed with us said their door would push open even when locked. Needs updating. On a positive, beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Pet friendly for me that’s a plus. The employees very friendly and helpful. Self-serve breakfast and you can take it in your room.
We had a great stay at this property. The staff was friendly and very helpful/accommodating. It was a busy weekend with a soccer tournament in town and they still managed to provide a great experience.
Our family of four stayed here for three days, it was our home base while attending a nearby wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; we were welcomed into the breakfast area with a cheerful "Good morning!" and the front desk staff always greeted us when arriving and departing. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Minor problems were the bathtub and sink both backed up with water quickly, and our towels weren't changed out - but that may have been a "by request only" kind of thing. Overall, the room was quiet, comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
Pleasant stay!
They did not clean my room for 2 days, had to switch a room
