You get what you pay for. Our room was a bit run down, the shower was tiny (but worked well), there’s no AC only a fan (which was stated in the description) and the glass door to the patio has only a transparent curtain, so there’s not much privacy in the room. When we got there, we couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password or a way to have two digital room keys so we emailed the hotel and they got back to us very quickly and we’re really helpful and friendly. We booked the hotel for five days, but because of the heat and the mosquitoes that were in the room from leaving the door open to get cold air in the room, we went to another hotel after day three.

Perfect place to stay for your Lucerne adventures.

Beyond the hotel control, but it was extremely hot in the area and that heat transferred to the room. We were on the sunset side and even with the blinds and rolladens, the room was impossible to cool down.

Very basic apartment in an industrial area (and a bit loud at night). Very clean with everything necessary for an overnight stay. Parking was very difficult arriving late at night, as there are limited parking spots at the hotel and almost no other options in the area. But walking distance to a bus and tram station. Not having a reception was difficult, especially the next day as we were told by the city information desk that we should have received a visitor’s card covering public transportation but we never did, and also were unable to reach someone by phone to inquire about this.

... the room had a very typical (old) smell. In general it’s a very old property and the image is completely misleading (much smaller). The bedcover seemed not to be clean or was old and rough. Bed was also not comfortable... the bathroom also had a very typical smell. Luckily I had to stay in the room only for the night....

Das Appartement ist völlig okay und ausreichend. Es ist fast alles Wichtige was man benötigt vorhanden. Ich denke ein Toaster wäre noch angebracht oder ein kleiner Backofen. Aber ansonsten war es wirklich gut. Die Einrichtung im Bad ist etwas veraltet, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. An die Lautstärke muss man sich gewöhnen, da das Objekt direkt an der A10 liegt. Aber da man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist geht dies auch wieder. Dennoch liegt es sehr verkehrsgünstig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und die Bus- und Bahnverbindungen sind dort auch sehr gut ausgebaut. In 20-25 min ist man am Hauptbahnhof von Luzern. Auch mit dem Schlüssel und dem Parken hat alles super geklappt. Obwohl es keine Rezeption gibt, ist jemand sehr zeitnah per Mail oder Telefon erreichbar. Die Reinigungskräfte erledigen super ihren Job und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem ist es ein tolles „gut“! Beim nächsten Aufenthalt gern wieder. Danke Anstatthotel-Team!

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist schlecht zu finden, die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage etwas ungünstig und eng. Im Zimmer selbst war alles Nötige vorhanden und die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. An den Terrassen im EG wäre ein kleiner Sichtschutz angebracht, da ungehindert Einblick von außen möglich ist. Das Zugangssystem über Mobiltelefon finde ich sehr nachteilig - ohne Mobiltelefon bekommt man keinen Zugang zum Hotel.

Super Preis-Leistung! Einfaches Einchecken (Natel), sauber, voll ausgestattete Küche (Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr). Strassenlärm ertragbar, Strassenbeleuchtung bei geschlossenem Vorhang ok. Wer kein 5*****-Hotel erwartet, wird voll zufrieden sein. Gerne wieder. 😊

Günstig, zweckmäßig, gut für kurzen Aufenthalt.

Günstiges Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte. Etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Matratze aber einwandfrei. Im Obergeschoss durch Bauweise recht warm. Einwandfreie Kommunikation per Mail. Zugang nur über Handy-App. Funktioniert bei korrekter Nutzung einwandfrei - ist aber nicht für jeden das Richtige.

Déçu mais chambre impeccable

Chambre très propre et spacieuse mais une différence par rapport à l’annonce : 2 lits simples au lieu de 1 grand lit et 1 lit simple. Pas grave chambre prévue pour 2 personnes cependant mais photos de la chambre n’indiquent pas la vue directe sur une voie de circulation (bruyante si fenêtre ouverte) et donc vue très décevante par rapport aux photos postées de l’hotel sur une petite rue calme !
