this is not a typical Ritz Carlton with lots of choices for dining and amenities. our check in was botched and waited for over two hours to get to our room, which made us late to our event

I cannot say anything wrong at all! The hotel staff were amazing! They genuinely cared about you! The rooms were very clean and beautiful! Just a amazing experience! Thank You So much!

All I can say is thank god for the Ritz Carlton! Beautiful people and amazing customer experience!!!!!😃

We were visiting USC for a college tour. The front desk staff happily extended our check out time to 4pm so that we didn't have to rush the tour. I felt this went above and beyond and took the stress out of our trip. The accommodations are beautiful!

Beautiful Hotel. Bar on 24th has spectacular view.

This is just 3 floors of rooms and a lounge/spa stuck in the middle of a huge office building. I refer to it as the Holiday Inn Express of Ritz Carltons...cause you get a breakfast buffet that ain't all that. Only go here if you have an event at the Staples Center or LA Convention Center and want to pay almost $1000 dollars for a standard room a night...taxes, tips, valet only, lounge access. The lounge has minimal offerings. Even if you're a big drinker and eater you wouldn't get your money's worth. There's ZERO views to be had.

feel comfortable and perfect location. need more amenities for family.

We were there post Christmas and New Years holiday. Not to take in all the L.A. Live events. Rest and recoup was the order. The pool, spa, extra amenities at the pool deck and sunsets make it all worthwhile. The rooms...eh! The bed linens were lively, but i detected a divot on my side of the bed. Unacceptable! The bath linens were frayed of all things. Surprising. It was possible to tell that some of the furnishings were upgraded and some were tired and old. Fun shower, tub, and mirror tv for the kids. Love having the enclosed w/c for my husband. Sweet and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel on the basis of location and lovely pool experience.

Great place and location. The building is a work of art. But what made the trip memorable was the staff. The staff at the Ritz Carlton could not do enough for us all with a huge smile. We'll be back.

Booked a 1 night stay after watching a show at Nokia Theater. It was a birthday gift to my bf coz he wanted to stay at the Ritz-Carlton for his birthday. It is a great hotel with a couple of extra perks to make your stay more comfortable (tv in the bathroom, house slippers, dental kit, comb, q-tips etc). The rooms have gorgeous contemporary decor, which is my style so yes, I enjoyed my stay. Bf promised me a longer stay next time. But is it really worth the price? Well, I am not easy to please but even I said 'wow' a few times. My bf really appreciated the surprise, which made it well, well worth it. But but but....I guess money is one of the tools society uses to classify different items and set them apart as superior. The Ritz-Carlton is up there. Honestly, unless money is no object to you, there are lots of great++ hotels around the area for half the price.

Outstanding service, walk to Staples Center, great staff, great locstion
