Nice and comfy but,,,,

Good place to stay. Could walk around citadel check out the outlets. Just kinda sucks that the hotel charges 18 dollars for the vehicle to park overnight. Other than that, it’s ok.

Air conditioning made a jet like noise all night so I could've sleep all night. Read the terrible reviews about it, but thought it was just their room. It sopped every 15 minutes with horribly loud clunk. I have never heard anything like this bad in half a century of traveling in hotels all over ghe world. It was not worth 250 per night to say the least. I should've listen to other's warning with the noise if you can call it a noise. Like you were in a war. BOOM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I asked my room to be cleaned twice. Front desk informed me the first night that I have to let them know if I want my room to be cleaned everyday. I asked for everyday. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned. Did not empty my trash or have new towels. I was traveling with kids.

Just fyi they require $150 deposit on top of what you pay for and parking is $18 a night. I didn’t read the fine print and was robbed basically and everything is extremely expensive as well. They do give you the money back once you check out depending on your bank tho it will take up to a week. A red bull was $7 and they basically charge for everything too. Make sure to bring your own waters/drinks in an ice chest so you’re not stuck paying for overpriced water! Lesson learned. Despite that was an average stay, but can find better spots for cheaper tbh that have bed and breakfast included water stations to fill up your bottles and such.

My room was out dated and very dusty. I had to buy clorox wipes and a duster to give everything a wipe down. I was there under the circumstance of losing a loved one. So there was no point in trying to be moved room continuously as I was only there too sleep at night. But unfortunately for the cost. However amazing location with amenities all around.
