Didn't see anything special about the hotel and was very disappointed that check out is at 11 and not 12 like most hotels. When asked about late check out i was told it wasn't possible.

This place is horrible, rooms smell like smoke the night shift guy told me I can check out noon the latest the morning lady said we don’t care u got to live by 11 ,n she didn’t even wan to understand the the situation, the only good thing is nice mall infront of hotel but hotel is extremely ghetto for a double tree cause the others double tree hotels I stayed where nice .

Sleeping experience was horrible. Mattress was extremely lumpy and droopy causing a very bad and restless night. Advised checkout representative which seemed annoyed to the concern brought up and dismissed it. As we normally stay at Hilton Hotels, this seemed by far like my worst experience ever.

Close to a lot of popular attractions not to mention walking distance to outlets. Beautiful views and outdoors.

Everything was great, except the bartender at the bar was sick and kept blowing his nose amd not once washed his hands...and the whole time he kept touching and wiping his nose with his hand . I wanted a mixed drink but opted for a bottled beer once I saw that.

First room checking in had ants on the bed and night stands, the second room i was reassigned to was dirty there was hair strands on the tub and sink than the floor looked like there was blood stain it was nasty

There was another hotel across the street that could've been the same quality as this one for a few dollars less. The hotel staff greeted me as if I was about to ask for a handout which blew my mind as someone who just drove 5 hours to get there. They put me in a room right across from the maintenance room where the man was working for hours banging loud things around. I really needed a room away from that noise, I could've stayed home and stayed money if I wanted to hear someone working on things. The room smelled like bad armpit musk when entering and it seemed to come from the air conditioner unit. Overall experience really sucked and I hate that I wasted money on a low quality hotel that I thought was going to be top notch because it's by the Hilton. Now I know ghetto area, ghetto hotel with rude staff.

Hotel was nice but parking was an issue. They share a parking lot with Citadel Outlets Shopping Center, so we couldn't find parking upon arrival. That was the worst part of our stay. The elevator had issues also. Kept taking a long time to reach our floor every time we needed it. One elevator was out of service so only had one that was working. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was always nice and courteous.

Great experience. Only set back was that there was no sofa bed like it wss promoting so me and my friend had to share the bed.Besides that, i recommend staying hersince its near a shopping area.

We had an issue with working the fan and Simonthe maintenance man was extremely helpful. Good location and great experience.

Breakfast is not good and swimming pool is too small health club is very good I stayed for seven days

Front desk personeel were really friendly and helped us out with any concers and quesrions we had. Also greeted us with a cookie made by their homesite restaurant which was very very delicious. Rooms were extremly clean and smelled good. Really great expierence, definitly reccomend it.
