I checked in, went to the show, went to bed, woke up early and checked out with no problems. No one was loud or disruptive, the street the windows faced was quiet, and super convenient to where I was visiting.

Price is a bit high but from what I see all of Los Angeles hotels are overpriced, or atleast during the time we came (world baseball classic finals). The hotel is in a central location close to everything however just understand downtown is not the nicest area, lots of homeless around. The hotel was pretty nice you can tell it is older but renovated. The rooms could use a bit more furniture and decor. Great view of the city from the 2nd floor. Staff does a good job cleaning. I also like how it's away from the road once you pull in

I was called a piece of "S#!+". Rude front desk attendant. This is not acceptable.

This was the worst I've ever been in. Customer service was bad. Never saw a smile out of them. Carpet was filthy!! Beds were worn out. Pool was really tiny. They closed the pool too early,7:00pm. Breakfast was only waffles , cereal, juice, and coffee. I heard other ppl complaining also. Hallway to room was dirty. Housekeeping didn't even vacuum. Cus I saw the same straw wrapper on my first day arriving. They have Soo many rooms to rent out BUT Not enough parking spaces. OVERALL TERRIBLE. Never again!!

One of the few hotels that offer 3 queen beds in one room. Room still feels spacious. Hotel staff us rude und unfriendly! Breakfast is terrible. Don't choose pay at the hotel option. They will charge you additional 5% (!) for using your credit card!! Not enough parking. Parkingspaces are extremely tight. tgey let guest park even in spaces that makes it almost impossible for others to get out.

We only chose this place due to us needing a large place for a family of 7. This room had 3 queen size beds, was a good price a relatively short drive from Universal studios (15min) Hollywood (5min) Downtown (1min). The room could've been nicer, cleaner, and have more parking. The wifi was ok, we couldn't use the pool due to our late arrival, or take advantage of breakfast (woke up too late)

Not bad at all. Fairly comfortable , nice front desk employees and housekeeping, reasonable rates. I would recommend. I was pleasantly surprised.

This room was filthy. There was garbage under the bed. The staff was rude. There were also opened sex toys from a previous customer in the dresser drawers. I went home and washed with bleach. Disgusting.

Upon arrival, I was impressed by its location. Driveway has a fun San Francisco uphill/steep road kinda feel, pretty charming. Buildings and interior appeared to be old and outdated, but key cards to enter hotel room was a plus.. Employees were pretty much there, poor eye contact, didn't get a smile or anything like that, so service was "mkayyy" I entered my hotel room and room was odorous, stale, I assumed prolly from carpets. Bathroom was clean, but I could see old stains on clean white towels. The scariest moment in that hotel was when I saw the hairdryer that's attached to the wall. Hairdryer was basically covered with dust/dirt spots, look like petri dish. Let's close it with some good notes. Location is good, price is good, I believe no matter how bad of reviews this place gets, people will still be coming in due to its location. Will I recommend this place? Probably not. Will I come back? Maybe... I'd bring my own towels and air freshener tho'. This place has great potential & there is room for improvement. If I'm back, I hope I will only write mostly nice things about this place.

Booked a room for two adults and a 17 year old grand daughter. Pictured a beautiful room with a queen bed and a twin. Showed clean room and a unobstructed view of downtown LA. Showed up and only had one room left with one king bed, furniture that looked like it belongs in a dumpster sagging king bed no queen and twin bed my grand daughter ended up having to sleep on the floor. So called computer room was a 1.5 x3' room where you had to open the door to sit outside the table. Sure will not ever use this site AGIAN. "EVER"....

Hotel bed was like stone the next day i wake-up with a lot of pain in my back also i call the from desk to let them know that room 126 was making a lot of noise and they hangup on me. So instead of having a good night I had a terrible night I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

WE ACTUALLY HAVE TO GO TO WALMART AND BUY SHEETS TO SLEEP ON IT!!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIVE THEY EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS

The place was nice, if a bit lacking in amenities. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the whole place was generally quiet, even though I was right next to the pool. There was a mini fridge and a large TV, but the TV only got about 5 channels and the best were still a little fuzzy. The location is not in a touristy area, so if you didn't drive or rent a car, you will be ordering delivery or taking the bus to eat out. The WiFi password is only good for a day, so if you're staying a while, you will be need to keep that in mind. The staff was very friendly though, so it wasn't a hassle. While it is definitely not a resort, if you're looking for a clean, comfy place to stay in L.A. on the cheap it fits the bill. The bus/subway rides to both Sunset and Hollywood were pretty easy to navigate with Google maps, and didn't take very long either.

Great price. Location. Is good if visiting California.

This is our second time coming here. The neighborhood isn't too bad. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast included cereal, juice/coffee, and waffles. Parking was tight, but at least I felt safe leaving it there. We'll be using this place again in the future.

Loved it great staff great breakfast nice clean room

Quiet, clean, some dowdiness, just blocks away from downtown; BUT, the TV is very dated and does not receive many channels or have an accurate clock which management would not correct in five days! Bring your own alarm clock or remain sleepless.

Terrible place to stay. No one in the office when we got there. People hanging out outside. Parking was cramped. Room is beat up. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pretty scary neighborhood. Never going back!

I booked this in a hurry and misread the property’s name (thinking the first word was 'Holiday'), which is a far cry from the reality of this property. It is not in a good part of town, there are vagrants and questionable random folks loitering outside rooms at all times of day, there is not enough parking, the building is very run-down, the beds are VERY HARD and uncomfortable, only 1 thin blanket is provided, the heater did not work, the wi-fi is very slow and unstable, the walls are paper-thin, the manager attempted to double-charge me (didn’t seem to understand I'd prepaid on the site..), the phone in the room did not work… and it was generally overpriced for slum that was provided.
