Surprisingly nice rooms, parking lot and front desk is not as nice as the rooms.

Fine for overnight stay.

Property was okay. Not much parking. The staff was okay but one lady who seemed to have an attitude. The room was clean And bathroom was clean but the ceiling in the bathroom had a water leak stain.

Like the fact that I will never go back

It had a great garden area with chairs and tables,and there is a great greek restaurant right there. If you like planes like I do ,they fly low when landing at LAX.

They said they would provide a free breakfast but actually they didn't. The shuttle service to the airport was also not available.

Breakfast was spare otherwise everything was very good as expected. This is my third year in stow here.

It was clean with fluffy towels. Check-in easy. Breakfast good.

the breakfast was really poor and the time to access to it really limited till 9am. the price vs another option better is really same. is not really clean, smell bad and not cute at all

At a stressful time, it was conveniently close to LAX and a restful place to be. We especially liked the free shuttle back to the airport the next morning at 5:30 am.

the property of the hotel premisses was fair. The attendant when we checked in was rude and unprofessional i had a issue with the reservation thru orbitz he didnt bother helping me to get it fixed and was arguing with me about the reservation. customer service was terrible. customer service is very important and should be stressed to the motel of the importance of it.

There is a free shuttle to the airport. No one said the shuttle was leaving. There's a room full of people eating and waiting. The shuttle was just around the corner where it wasn't seen. I asked tens mins after I left like is the shuttle coming soon? The two people were like it's gone. I asked why didn't they say anything like a little announcement. They said I should just know. My whole stay was great until that moment. I didn't want to be late for my plane so I had Lyft and just made it. Super tight timing. Good breakfast tho.

Was first given a room with a queen sized bed and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the door. Had reserved a Non-Smoking, Deluxe, King sized bed. "I can give you another room", she told me. Got the room I had reserved online. Vending machine was out of water, they got me one out of their warehouse. Stayed 5 nights, one morning there was no hot water. One night we didn't have a place to park our vehicle, they made a place for us. Every employee I spoke with was very accommendating and pleasant. Wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty most of the time. She always smiled and was pleasant. Hey, it's a Super 8. What do you expect? You aren't paying for the Hilton!! It can be tricky getting into the property. You should always be driving in one direction, otherwise you have to cross a double line. And there is a dip, so don't speed. But I found that same dip in a lot of places in L.A. It felt a little weird that the road going up one side of the property (the side you exit onto) was full of Uber and Lyft drivers at all times of the day and night. I suppose because of it's proximity to the airport. But there was never any problem because of it. Like I said, it's Super 8 and not the Hilton. You want to pay double the price, go ahead. But for the price, it was a good place to sleep at night!
