The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The whole place felt dirty and didn't smell good. There was breakfast advertised but there was no breakfast. The road noise was very loud in our room. Beds were ok.

The check-in was quick and easy, friendly staff. The AC didn’t work, the wifi doesn’t work on the 4th floor. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work. Its alright but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Only one elevator the room didn’t have tv and needs to be reconditioned. Small tv and it didn’t even work properly. Screen was freezing and same with audio. AC did not work, the thermostat and knobs just spin and the room was hot and humid. I asked to be moved and they just said they’ll send a maintenance person, but waited and no one came. Worse experience will not recommend this hotel stay away!!!

Property is a bit older and in need of a refresh. That being said my stay was great from check in to check out. Bed was comfortable. Property was quiet even though my room faced El Segundo. Would definitely stay again. Close to LAX, which was perfect

Absolutely Horrible! The website clearly reads, and shows pictures that this hotel has a gym, continental free breakfast, jacuzzi, and NO refrigerator. This is misleading and false advertisement! I will get to the bottom of this when I get back from my vacation! Trust and believe that! This is the only reason I stayed here, for all those amenities that they said they offer. Not cool! Also the website shows a picture of a restaurant. Of cousin misleading approach to get people to book a room. They don’t offer a restaurant. I will let all my friends and family, social media know about there lies, and deceit! Thank you 🙏

Service is so bad starting from reception they are not welcome when we check in The room is disgusting, full of cockroach, the shower is hard to balance the hot and cold, the carpet smells so nasty, they did not change our bed we spent the entire 5 night with the same sheet same pillow cover and they did not offer a towel to dry our body
