This 9-month old 4 bedroom home boasts a swimming pool with a waterfall, a jacuzzi, a koi pond with a waterfall and 14 fish, a tiki hut, two putting greens with 7 putting holes, a pergola with wicker furniture, a garden, a 2-in-1 pool table and ping pong table, and a park behind the backyard wall. Inside, this home features a theater room, a massage chair and a sauna. It has 1 King Bed, 2 Full Beds, and 1 Bunk Bed--perfect for families or groups of friends. Each room includes an office desk. The home has a bbq grill, a 3-tier chocolate fountain for marshmallows, strawberries, etc., a popcorn machine in the theater room, a coffee/latte machine, a waffle-making machine. The kitchen boasts a white glass side by side Smart refrigerator with a beverage center. The home is an all encompassing property, which will feel like your own luxury hotel resort. Just one mile from the 10 Freeway, the home is 24.2 miles from Disneyland, 32 miles from downtown Los Angeles, 36.7 miles from Universal Studios Hollywood, 46.2 miles from the Santa Monica Pier (and beaches), and 27.8 miles from the Rose Bowl.
