I’ve stayed here before quite happy. However this time they were severely understaffed and were not accommodating at all. Table dirty , rooms not ready and staff very annoyed.

The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Restaurant Platia is fantastic. All staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping to maintenance were excellent. If I had one thing to offer it would be that the internet is not secure, and it’s a bit confusing with two different types listed on the keycard envelope. I would suggest that the front desk let guests know this and provide guidance. Also, let guests know when they check in that keycard is required to access floors via elevator.
