Everything was groovy. Nice clean place. Very comfortable and a great location for my trip. Close to restaurants, bars and coffee, as well as the UCB Theater. What more could you want?

The room was very dirty. The bed made horrible noises even when you sat perfectly still. There was a car with blown out tire that was falling off the shaft in the parking lot. I asked for an extra pillow and the one I received had black streaks.
