No restaurant. One elevator for the whole place. Below average overall.
Our room was extremely clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was new and sized well for making small meals (breakfast, lunch) in the room. The street is very quiet, and there is easy access to stores and restaurants in one direction (3 minute walk) and the beautiful Italian Gardens in Hyde Park and the Underground and buses in the other direction ((3 minute walk). Also some beautiful streets nearby for strolling.
Great stay at this clean hotel. Also, fairly easy to access public transportation (Metro).
Definitely not worth the price. Upon arrival staff had a hard time finding my reservation despite spelling my name several times. We were early so they held our luggage and came back later. When we came back there was a queue which annoyed one of the staff and we were rudely yelled at to sit down and he would get to everyone. Everyone at the front desk was very stuffy and seemed miserable. Once again thy had a hard time finding our reservation. Our room was VERY small with stains that looked like pee on carpet and scuff marks on all the walls. There was an iron but no ironing board. After dinner we came back at 8pm to find no one at the front desk, Anyone could walk in and get into the hallways. There is no working bar. We will not be back

Conveniently located by Paddington Station and beautiful Hyde Park. The overall value was great. Staff was nice, and free coffee/tea was a huge plus
Excellent well equipped updated room and bathroom with tea making and refrigerator. Quiet street, nice views, and located near underground station. Highly recommended.
If you are heading to London, this is the hotel to stay at. The location is perfect..5 min walk from Paddington station....5 min walk to Hyde Park and Underground. The staff is excellent..very helpful, gave us some suggestions for eateries. The room was clean and tidied up every day. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

There are busy peak times to serve our guests as we only have 2 designated reception area for guests to check in. These times we have to orderly check in guests. Dear Renan,Thank you for your feedback. The elevator was out of service due to mechanical break down, now its fixed. However, we have 2 lifts, other one was functional. We don't have restaurant and we never advertised. regards,The Westbourne Team.
