Overall this is a good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We had a nice room with all the facilities we could wish for. Most importantly, we had a comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices although their menu system is a little baffling. So why not a fifth star? We chose to dine there and had a poor experience with inattentive staff ( I had to leave our table twice to find someone to bring us drinks) and a poorly cooked meal. We should have sent the meal back but didn’t. Yes, we would stay again but will probably eat elsewhere next time.

Our stay was excellent at the Stratford. The room was ready for an early check in when we arrived, spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and this made our stay really pleasant. It was to celebrate my mums birthday and they hand delivered a plate of chocolates. The location was perfect for ABBA Voyage which is the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again Thankyou!
