Muy mal, el cuarto muy pero muy pequeño, sin closets y solo un buro de un lado , las msletas abajo de la cama. Para subir a el tapanco una escalera muy peligrosa, la terraza si estas parado puedes ver algo pero sentado no ves nada! Cuatro pisos sin elevador. Muy caro para lo que me dieron a cambio

Very clean and quiet room, all the appliances were enough for cooking, tea & coffee. It's in the beginning of Portobello Road. You can acces to everything, shops, market, restaurants, underground. The room is a little bir small but it's similar in that area so no need to search for anything else since this building and room is very well renewed. It was easy to get help and enter the room. Top floor rooms a little bit hot but it's cozy and good for cold London nights. I could stay again

Wonderful location and clean propert, right in between Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road. Small but perfect for one or two people. Only thing is there is no air con and it gets quite warm and stuffy in there.

The clean was very clean and perfect for 1 person. I was on the 3rd floor and the room was very very hot. I did use the fan provided and had difficult sleeping because of the uncomfortable temperature. I opened the window and asked for a second fan and was still very uncomfortable. Housekeeping came by to ensure the floor heater was turned off. Aside from that, great location and very walkable. Easy access to metro and great places to eat.

This was a quaint, modernized flat with a loft. The flat was very clean! Just a heads up, the stairs/ladder to the loft are very steep. Adorable though. However, after long days of sightseeing with thousands of steps, the 3 flights of stairs to the flat and then the ladder were a lot for these two older adults! Disclaimer: This flat was described exactly as it was; 3rd floor with no lift and stairs to the loft. I just thought it was too cute to pass up.

Wie stayed the second time here. The apartment is small but for a few nights it is okay. The only thing wie don‘t like is the heat inside the rooms and the whole house. It is always so warm.

Nice and clean in a lovely area. Newly done up and one of the nicest rooms Ive stayed in London. Rooms and beds are on the smaller side and like the other reviews mention no air-conditioning and the room gets really really hot even if the weather isn't warm outside. Limited amenities in the room and shared washing machine is paid and runs on a timer that starts counting down before you start the wash which is a poorly set up system.

Excellent location and good quality apartment…a little tight on space which was manageable for short stay (4 nights). We encountered a heat wave during our stay and comfort was compromised as no air conditioning.

Across the street from the south end of Portobello Road (of market fame), in a remodeled several-story building sit several contemporary doll-house apartments consisting of a compact bedroom with a miniscule kitchen (fridge, microwave, nespresso maker, burner) and a table with two chairs. There's also a bathroom. All of it is nicely put together. The room didn't have space for nightstands by the bed-- great for people who can manage without an extra inch of space.

Mold all over the bathroom cieling. The whole apartment smelled musty and earthy. After a while my throat began to hurt. I called the property number 3 times to no response. Due to it being a health hazard I booked another property and didn't stay here for the night. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

L’emplacement est super. Néanmoins, nous étions dans l’appartement « ground floor » qui était vraiment moyen : Juste à côté de la porte commune qui claque à chaque fois, pas de Clim (il faisait 20 degrés dehors mais bien plus à l’intérieur). On ne pouvait pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte puisque n’importe qui pouvait rentrer dans la chambre. La lumière du couloir ne s’éteint pas ce qui fait rentrer beaucoup de lumière la nuit et le store n’est pas occultant. La douche fuit beaucoup, la table de chevet cassé ou encore pas d’eau froide au robinet… bref c’est moyen mais bien situé, pour 1 nuit c’est ok mais pas plus, on ne dort pas bien malheureusement.

Property was updated and flat was efficiency studio, lower floor room 3. We had a few issues but the staff was very responsive and accommodated us quickly. They switched us to a lower floor flat due to mobility issues from traveling, they gave us additional instructions for using the onsite laundry (coin only bring pounds with) and when we couldn’t get the stove to work they came right over to troubleshoot and supplied us with a different pan as the stove wasn’t compatible to heat up the cooktop burner. Bathroom was on the small side but nicely done, the shower should be resealed on the bottom as there is a small leak on the toilet side of the shower wall but we just used an extra towel to soak that up. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The window opened which offered nice fresh air. There is no AC though which could be an issue if the weather gets hotter, we stayed May 12-16, 2025. I was a little Leary not staying in a hotel, but we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator and with my knee issues I would not be able to navigate the stairs for the upper flights and renters should keep that in mind. I would stay here again though and just request a lower or ground floor room.
