The Lobby Staff: Emma & Jackie, upon Arrival was very helpful & courteous. Room was found to be very presentable, with excellent amenities. Staff cleaning was excellent. All other lobby staff were helpful & kind. Lobby staff: Emma provided the service of reserving a taxi for the return to airport. In the future, upon returning we will consider The Resident Covent Garden again.

Great hotel in central London.

Our room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash. The staff was wonderful, making excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area.

What an amazing location in Covent Gardens. Safe, helpful staff and clean room and bathroom. Walkable to the tube stops and Charring Cross train station, walkable to Covent gardenC Trafalgar Square, embankment, national Gallery etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had wine at 5:30 or so every night which was a nice touch. The hotel was very quiet and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel.
