The property is pretty old and shabby. There is barely any customer service to speak of. Great location and reasonable price, so I guess shouldn't expect too much.
This hotel was in walking distance of Westminster, SoHo, Globe, British museum, National Gallery and the Tate if you are up for longish walks. Room was s bit cramped but good value for London.
Just a little cramped even for London standards. Staircase a bit tiny to navigate with luggage.
