As a frequent business traveller to London I had the opportunity before the Christmas break to take the family with me. I cannot state how amazing this accommodation is (2 bed). Overlooking the shard with very efficient and smooth communications from the apartment team, I’ll be back again. M&S is just over the road for all the usual requirements with loads of restaurants local with borough market being a very small walk away.

Disgusting service levels. Arrived at apartment and the lights, sockets and most of electricity wasn’t working in apartment. Arrived at 5pm for one night only to be told they couldn’t get anybody there to have a look till the next day an hour before checkout. We couldn’t use the bedrooms or bathrooms as no lighting and couldn’t see where anything was. The maintenance man came the next day and took about 20mins to disconnect the outside lights but we were ready to check out then. Had to go to a local gym to shower. Then wouldn’t refund due to set policies !! Apartment might have been nice inside but we couldn’t see it !!

View was amazing, apartment was amazing, had a wonderful time in London and was so nice to come back to the apartment to relax outside and enjoy the multiple views all around the apartment! Love the whole process of entering exiting, oh and did I mention the views 🤗
