I booked this room almost six months in advance. When i received the confirmation from Orbitz, it said the check in place is not the actual location of the hotel. Call 24 hours before arrival to arrange to check in. I tried calling the given number three times on the day before I arrived, and no one ever answered the phone. When I arrived in London the next day on my day to check in, I went to the address provided to check in. I rang the buzzer multiple times - no answer! I could not believe it! I tried multiple times ringing the bell, knocking on the door - NOTHING! I came back over an hour later - NOTHING! This was between 6 and 7 P.M. it said check in time was between 3 and 9 P.M. I had to wander the streets of London for over an hour looking for a hotel as everywhere was sold out. DO NOT fall victim to this place like I did!

Rooms at 175 is possibly the worst place I’ve ever booked. This is more like a hostel set up with self check in and absolutely no help resources. I am traveling with a baby and I would have never booked this place had I known what I was getting into. I have been looking for alternative accommodations since my first of 4 booked nights. This place is extremely uncomfortable and feels like a death trap. It was hard to find. It is dirty. The room we were assigned has spaces in the floor where you can see lighted room below and feels rickety to walk on. It also has many screws and nails sticking up and out that cut your feet. The WiFi doesn’t work- if you get a signal it doesn’t load anything at all. The tv also says no signal no matter how hard we tried to work the antenna. The stairs up to the bathroom have sunken in spots and made my little boy and I slip and fall down, and the carpet is so worn out we kept sliding down the stairs. The bathroom was dirty every time we needed to use it. The noise is unbearable. This is a very busy street and the building has very thin walls. We unfortunately stayed over easter weekend and experienced loud partying past 5am which included fighting from other guests, loud music from some neighbors.I ended up checking out at 8:30am after my second night of hell. Neither Orbitz nor myself could get ahold of this business for a refund. Do not stay here. I would never recommend this property.

This is not a hotel, just rooms rented out. The manager doesn't stay on property, you have to call to get in. He asked us how much we paid in oeder to decide where to put us. The room only had a flimsy lock on the knob, gaps you could see through in the floorboards, mold on the windows, stained and torn sheets. Sketchy street, unsavory guests. Had a family bang on our door and threaten us saying we were in their room, so we had to call the manager, and he put them in the room below us. We stayed less than 30 minutes before we decided it was too unsafe and left. Do not stay here!
