Convenient location. Nice staffs. The room is not so clean. Some rooms you have to share the bathroom ( the bathroom is not in your room) . No elevator. Stairs are small . If you have big luggage. It is hard to carry I upgraded room with bathroom inside , end up the price was not cheap.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, comfy beds and close to the train station.

They do not serve breakfast like they say on the website, and they don’t provide soap or shampoo in the showers. It’s relatively cheap though. I guess you get what you pay for.

Honorable no nonsense well priced London hotel. You wouldn’t put up with the bare bones (nothing on the wall and I mean nothing!) anywhere else but in London you’re grateful. Great location! Nice staff! Some things don’t work and don’t get fixed (drain, Venetian blind).

Great location! Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. The only thing definitely no air conditioning, great fan kept me cool.

Just two blocks from Kings Cross, this hotel is convenient, clean and friendly. When we walked in, Valentine welcomed us with a map of London and suggestions for ideas for walking to see London easily. Throughout the week we were there we found all the people at the front desk to be cheerful, helpful, and kind, even allowing us to use their phone to inquire about Globe Theatre tickets. The room had everything we needed: sink, TV, electric tea kettle with tea and coffee fixings, fan, and hair dryer. Even fancy places we had stayed didn't have hair dryers! The room was so clean, though no decorations. The shared bathrooms were extremely clean. There must have been enough shared bathrooms for all, because it was rare that I found them in use when I needed one. The breakfast was good, served next door by a very friendly staff. Toward the end of our stay, I was greeted by, "Good morning! You want two eggs and extra toast, right?" Obviously the people there enjoy serving their customers and even remember what they want.

We stayed here because it was really close to King's Cross Station and we had a train leaving early the next morning. It was low cost and simple. It wasn't anything upscale and fancy, but if you are looking for something simple this is a great place.

Location and comfort are good. Travelled through St Pancras and recommend to stay in this hotel. Nice, quiet, comfy place for reasonable money next to St. Pancras.
