No smoking, pets or parties. There is parking available on request, please let us know if you'd like this when booking so we can give access to the parking permit. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. 

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!
