Comfortable.....communication from the host is good. Area itself is not too good but that is just my opinion. Can be noisy at night.
Very spacious appartment and good sized balcony, 5 adults could comfortably sit out on it. All facilities we needed were there. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Great transport links to london especially bus. Self check in was easy. Communication with host excellent. If we visit London again we would definitely book this apartment again.
