Good location, easy walk to the British Museum and other entertainment, good access to tube, train, & restaurants . Definitely not a chain w/classic British feel. Lovely little garden. Breakfast was good but I would have preferred a later seating option. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs; I had to haul my bags up to the third floor as the woman present when I arrived never offered any other option. Breakfast is served in the basement so MORE stairs. Single room was very small.

Recommended! The staff was lovely, our room was upgraded and very comfortable, and the location near Soho and Covent Gardens was super convenient. The building is very charming with old fireplaces and a garden in back. We didn't end up having breakfast here, though it's included given the B&B style accomodations. We made sure to book a room with a private bathroom, which was clean and a good size. Would stay again!

The staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. Same selection every day but enough of a selection so you could change things up a bit. Our room was clean, a little small but welcome to London. Beds were comfy. Loaction was good. We could walk to alot of different areas and if not, the tube was close by. Nothing to complain about, really. Was just what i expected

Service was terrible and room was dirty. I asked for fresh towels after 2 days and got no wash cloth and no hand towel. The shower drain was clogged. The fawcet was dripping.
