Great location. Convenient to subway and attactions.
Optional washer dryers for people that stay long as we were their for 8 days.
Fantastic property. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for both walking in London, as well boarding the train or the tube directly across the street at Blackfriars station. Great pubs and coffee very nearby, and walkable to all the major “City of London” sites. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and there are great restaurants in the hotel. Not inexpensive, but highly recommended. If we come back to London, we will seriously consider staying again.
Location, staff, and bar service was all excellent!
Great family stay! Hotel was immaculate and staff was superb. Beds are small to share and pillows a bit flat. Also for the bigger rooms they could do with more outlets and plugs! Great location though- literally two minutes walk to the tube station and loads of eating options nearby. Highly recommend!
Convenient to transportation and meetings. Thanks
Clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, and safe neighborhood. Only inconvenience is this hotel is over an hour ride to and from the Heathrow airport.
Satisfied with its proximity to sites, train station
Right next to Blackfriar's Bridge and walking distance to Southwark and riverside walk. Walking distance to many areas.
Lovely place and staff were amazing, breakfast was good and fridge was always stacked
Great hotel at a great location. We were able to take the tube to Blackfriar station and walk across to the hotel. It is really well situated and you have access to both high quality restaurants and grab and go foods. Hotel was comfortable for a family of 4. I do wish their lobby had a bit more space to hang out in, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
The front desk staff and the concierge services were perfect
I really cannot say anything bad about this hotel. The staff was friendly, warm and caring. They helped us navigate the tube, gave suggestions to eat and answered every question. By the second day the Hotel manager, the Consiger greeted us. The bar and restaurant staff was top notched and the food delicious. The tube was right out our front door which was great. Although the hotel is in the business district it is within a few minutes of most attractions but quite at night. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to London.
The room and public areas are in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection was very good and the fried eggs and omelets were especially good.
Overall excellent hotel. Great location and right next to metro
