The room was nice and clean. There’s an underground station right across from the hotel, making transportation very convenient, whether by metro or walking. We were satisfied as a family and would choose it again if I return to London. I recommend it.

The entire staff was most friendly and helpful. The club level benefits were a very nice addition. Room was great, comfortable bed and huge television. The breakfast was nice. We did ask for poached eggs and they were brought out cold, returned and new ones served cold again. Otherwise a most enjoyable stay.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the front desk was so kind, gracious and helpful. They even helped me to order a new luggage because mine broke on arrival. It is dead smack in the middle of everything that you want to be near, I literally walked every wire while I was in London also, the room was very spacious, gorgeous views The Chinese cricket restaurant with some of the best Asian food I have ever had. In fact I ate there almost every day. I would definitely go back to this hotel. In fact, I plan on returning very soon.

Good location if you want to be in a central, but relatively quiet area. It is close to St Paul’s, Tate Modern and Borough Market, and being right beside Blackfriars station gives you direct access to Gatwick Airport.

We arrived on a red eye and were not able to get early check-in but they did text us as soon as our room was ready. Shantel was excellent in providing us with maps and ideas of what to do in the area while we bided our time. We did pay extra for the club room, which was good for the afternoon snacks and drink with the children. But the breakfast was bare compared to the restaurant across the way. Not sure we would do that again. we did love the proximity to Blackfriar station which connected us easily to most lines on the Tube and to the airport with just one transfer.

Had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Blackfriars. Staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate requests, even in the late hours when we came in many nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lattes were great( love those little cookies that come with them). A very walkable area to all key sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
