I like the area of this Holiday Inn but our recent experience of Room quality wasn't great. The first standard twin we were allocated came as a shock! Absolutely tiny with the strangest lay out of a bathroom ever! In fact the room itself was an odd shape.... almost a very cramped diagonal. I asked reception if there was another room on preferably a higher floor available. There was but was told all of the rooms were a similar size and layout. Very cramped sadly. The room was clean and there was a little fridge. Its an ok stay for 1 night but i probably wouldn't stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Public transport options are very good as you have easy access to the underground to get you around as well as buses. There’s loads of food options in the area so you’re spoilt for choice. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. Only due to personal preference if I had to choose one negative it would be the positioning of the television.

An ok experience

Staff were very friendly. Some issues in room e.g. TV remote control didn't work and wasn't addressed by housekeeping when raised, plus some water blockage in bath/combined shower after few minutes of running. Having driven +3hrs was disappointed there was no parking available (was main reason for choosing hotel)

A great option for a long or short stay in London. We had a few things planned for this trip over a couple of days, so we opted for a nicer hotel than usual. It's in a good area, with lots of options for food and shopping nearby (I recommend Flat Iron Steak). The room was clean and tidy, although there was an unfamiliar yet not particularly offensive smell in the bathroom – maybe a cleaning product that was used. The room was relatively spacious, with a comfy albeit quite creaky bed. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet – particularly the range of pancake toppings – and it was kept well stocked up. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with a nice jacuzzi and steam room. Note that you can't lock your belongings away in the changing rooms unless you bring your own padlock. Overall, this is a solid mid-budget option for London and we will definitely consider staying again.

Great staff, small room

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location was a bit far out but only a 3 minute walk to a tube stop. The only complaint is that the room is incredibly, incredibly small. Especially the bathroom.
