Overall the hotel is good, clean, tidy. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and nice to talk to. The only suggestion I would like to make is to reduce the parking price, it's really too high.

We went in the middle of July and the air conditioners were out for repairs until November. It was very miserable in the rooms and could not sleep. Had to leave the windows open, and there was no breeze, but bright lights and noise.

Overall a nice little hotel. All the staff we came across were very helpful & friendly. The bar is reasonably priced for a hotel in the London area. The hotel is only a short walk to & from the uber boat pier. Due to engineering works on the underground the closest tube station was Battersea power station. The reception of the hotel have a call button for black cabs or it’s easy to get an uber. A petrol station is located at the rear of the hotel which is useful for snacks & drinks & are a bit cheaper than the hotel reception.
