Breakfast extremely poor. Choice and quality was very limited. Egg was rotten and green. Juice was off. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not friendly and were unwelcoming. They came across as completely disinterested and we were made to feel unwelcome. Would not return.

Great stay!

Stayed at Heatherbank for 1 night and we had a great stay. Room facilities were great and we had everything we need. Slept well, quiet rooms and clean with no complaints. The team allowed us to check in early so we could spend the day in London. A 10 minute walk to the tube and 20 minute tube journey got us into central London. They also allowed to us to park our car before check in and after check out. So accommodating and would definitely stay again - thank you for a lovely visit!

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice and laid out. Rooms were spacious and clean (TV, big shower, Comfy chair, hot drink supplies). The property was quite warm, but the room was equipped with a good fan, which was amazing as this isn't always the case with some hotels. Quite and good for parking as this is what we needed and actually made it quite difficult to find somewhere to stay. Public transport is very close if needed too. Amazing stay, thanks so much!
