From the moment we checked in, the level of service was truly five-star — warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. Traveling with children who have food allergies can be stressful, but the staff at The Haymarket made it completely worry-free. They not only took our concerns seriously but went above and beyond to remember every detail about our kids’ dietary needs throughout the stay. Every meal was handled with care, and we never had to repeat ourselves — an absolute first for us at any hotel. A special thank you to Gregg at the concierge desk, who was exceptional. Gregg made us feel genuinely welcomed, always available to help with anything we needed, from family-friendly recommendations to thoughtful little touches that made our stay even more special. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. This is a hotel that delivers on every promise of luxury and care, especially for families. Anniversary trip

We had a lovely night at The Haymarket celebrating our anniversary for a quick 24 hours without the kids. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was really spacious, decorated beautifully and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath (with a tv!) My husband said it was one of the top five showers of his life and he could have drowned in the shower because the water pressure and volume was so good! Every single staff member we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there and willing to assist us with anything we needed. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we had reservations elsewhere and unfortunately didn’t have time to use the pool facilities but the rooms and service alone were enough to ensure that we will definitely return.
