The worst trip of my life
Please find another property to enjoy beautiful London.I rented this property and 30 minutes before I arrived they decided they did not want to rented to me because I had too many kids. They accused us of wanting to host parties at the property. They decided to send us to another smaller, dusty property instead. They questioned us about the purpose of our trip, where we were going, etc. never offered a drink, instead they will charged you for drinks. The kids had an stomach virus in London, used the towels and for that, they decided to charged us for brand new towels and extra cleaning. Adding an additional 1000.Please do your self a favor, rent another place.
