Great location and lots of dinning options. It would have been great if there was a small fridge and microwave. Otherwise our start was great.

Basic hotel. No amenities, but central location near Victoria Underground Station and Victoria Coach/Bus terminal. Saw a small mouse in our room our last night, but no major complaints. Not sure if we would stay there again.

A last minute stay, for a really good price, so wasn’t expecting much. But done the job. An old format hotel with narrow staircases and compact rooms. But located really well and adequate to get your head down for the night. I was on the top floor, attic style room with a nice view over Belgravia. Hot, but had a fan. Shower door was trying to fall off, but other than that. Very satisfactory, would stay again.

The only downside was there was no elevator and my room was on the third floor. The upside was staff carried my luggage up the stairs when I arrived and when I left. Thank you again.

Very small room. The surfaces looked clean, but there was mould/mildew around the windows. The grout in the bathroom was mouldy, and there were signs of damp/water damage on the walls and ceiling. Be aware that you need to be comfortable with stairs, as there is no easy access. I would not choose this hotel again.

Clean and reasonably comfortable, the windows need some attention, was quite a draft through the one window as it was in poor state. Close to Victoria station which was handy and in terms of value for money it was good.

The location was fantastic , walking distance to lots of great spots including Buckingham Palace, Green Park, underground stations and many places to eat. The bathroom was tiny and we had a problem with the shower not draining which unfortunately was not fixed. It was very hot and no air conditioning… granted we were there during a heat wave and I’m sure many experienced the same thing. As a place to just rest your head it was great for the price .
