Buena experiencia y atención

Reservamos en booking otro apartamento, pero semanas antes de ir vimos que obtenía muy malas calificaciones por la zona, limpieza, etc. Nunca habíamos reservado en VRBO pero estaba todo por las nubes en otras páginas y encontramos este piso al mismo precio. Nos daba algo de miedo, además era un anuncio nuevo, pero contacté con el dueño y me respondió enseguida y muy amablemente, así que reservamos. Durante los días antes me envió recomendaciones para comer, desayunar, ver, etc. Fue realmente muy atento y nos ayudó en todo. Estuvimos en contacto todo el rato para la hora de llegada al apartamento, ya que íbamos con tren desde Gatwick y nos esperó una mujer para enseñárnoslo y darnos las llaves. Nos dejó barritas, bombones y una botella de vino👌🏻 La zona es un barrio con supermercados, cafés, restaurantes y panaderías muy cerca. El piso esta nuevo y reformado, es muy chulo! Lo tiene todo equipado como si estuvieras en tu casa (secador, plancha, lavadora,etc.). El piso tiene 2 habitaciones con 1 cama de matrimonio cada una. Nosotros estuvimos 6 personas, y dos tuvieron que dormir en el sofá (no es sofá cama), porque en VRBO nos ponía que era para 6 al reservar. El chico cuando le comenté los que íbamos me dijo que teníamos que pagar suplemento por ser 6, pero al final hablamos del error de la página y nos lo perdonó. Esto me dio a entender que había cama para todos, pero no. Fue un malentendido, pero bueno, dormimos bien. Si que es verdad que las ventanas del comedor son algo finas y se escucha todo por la noche de la calle, pero no hay vecinos ruidosos y no es una zona excesivamente transitada, solo cuando pasa el camión de la basura o si hay gente en los locales fuera. El piso es una segunda planta aunque sin ascensor. Esta entre 2 estaciones de tren (Southern) y en Crystal también pasa el Overground. Ambas están a unos 10 min caminando y a 25 /30 min del centro en tren. La verdad que las 4 noches que pasamos estuvimos bien, a muy buen precio y nuestra visita a Londres fue fantástica. Lo recomendamos!!
