Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Horrendous, days before the booking we tried communicating with our host and received NO information at all after repeatedly trying through all platforms. We arrived to London after hours of travelling and were heading to the accommodation, even though we weren’t sure what we needed to be doing since no one told us anything. Half an hour before check in our booking was cancelled with no real explanation, leaving us stranded in London with no where to go. There was no apology or message sent after.
