The staff at the Blades Hotel are very friendly and truly go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible. I was very satisfied with my 3 night stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is great with bus and tube services nearby.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Sept 2017. The room was clean and ample for our needs. Bed perfect. The duvet cover was really warm :) Breakfast was great. Cold cuts, fruit, bread, cold cereal, and lots of herbal tea choices too! The staff went out of their way to help us with our transportation to Heathrow. Antoinette is so dedicated to her job and it shows. Highly recommend you try them out!! 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. Internet great...Also try the soup at Goya Restaurant around the corner. It was fantastic!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed for 8 nights and the location was perfect to everywhere we wanted to visit, even better was the Pimlico Train stop less than 5 minutes walk away. The room size was perfect for all the luggage we had and the bathroom size was the best we'd had at any hotel in the past several years. Everything was always clean and tidy, and all the staff were so lovely and friendly that it made our stay all the more better. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London!

My family and I traveled to the UK for the first time and stayed at the Blades Hotel. We stayed in a room facing the street (very cool) but extremely quiet! We had a room with a double bed and 2 twins for our boys (ages 15 and 23). It was comfortable, a great nights sleep! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! The ladies that helped us- Antonella and 2 others (I feel horrible I can't remember their names) were so helpful, kind, and willing to go beyond to make us feel comfortable and make sure we had what we needed. I thought the location was great---near the 24 bus line which takes you close to Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Trafalgar square where you can switch bus lines to bus line 15 to get to the Tower of London. And you can also get to Victoria Station which you can use to get to lots of places in London. The location was also close to an area where there were lots of little shops and restaurants. The ladies in the office were spot on with places to eat!! Sweet place!!!

This inn was perfect for what my family and I needed for our stay in London. Very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and served from 7:30-9:00am. Reception was always very professional. Located in an awesome location if you are looking to sight see. About a 20 minute walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. I have nothing bad to say! I would definitly recommend this place for any stay in London.

This is one of many inns along a busy street where stately Victorian homes have been converted to apartments and hotels. The hotel is run by two very nice Italian ladies and it is spread across five floors. The rooms facing the street are noisier with the windows open but they have balconies. Be sure to verify which floor your room will be on if you have issues with climbing lots of stairs. The room was nicely appointed. Our room was nicely appointed with a solid glass topped side table and desk. There was a surprising amount of walk around space for a London hotel room but still not much space for our bags. The bed was cofortable and I was able to rest well (except for the heat). The internet was difficult to sustain unless you are continually interacting with it; if you stop to write an email you get dropped. The bathroom was small, with a little curved door shower and no space for toiletries at the sink whatsoever. Breakfast was continental with cheese and sliced ham. There was good plain yogurt as well as yogurt in cups. The coffee was disappointing (fairly mild) but the OJ good.

We stayed at The Blades for 3 nights in the family room with our three teenagers. As many others have mentioned, the staff are excellent - really helpful and very friendly. They were extremely accommodating - letting us check in early after an overnight trip from Canada and not complaining when we got lost picking up our rental car and had to check out slightly later. The room was very clean, the location outstanding and the breakfast great. It was the perfect place for exploring London and a great start to our UK adventure!

We spent four nights at the Blades Hotel. We found the staff to be very friendly and eager to assist and answer our questions. The hotel is a short walk from Pimlico Station and also within walking distance of Victoria Station. We felt it was a great location. It was quite warm while were there and by opening our window and using the fan provided we stayed comfortable. Breakfast was provided and the rooms had wi-fi. There is no elevator so if you need walking assistance keep that in mind.

I stayed at Blades Hotel for one night only. I received a very friendly welcome from Antonella, who gave me valuable advice on the area and restaurants in the neighbourhood. I was lucky to be upgraded as one bigger room was available on that day. The room was very clean and cozy... So I'll definitely recommend friends to go there if they go to London !

Me and my daughter (17) stayed in the Blades for 5 nights. The service of the staff is outstanding, and location is very good - nearby Pimlico tube station and one stop from Victoria. So it was not very important that the rooms are very small.
