Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious, I loved the simple but modern fresh look. Plenty of shops and eating places within 5minutes walking distance.

The rooms are small but have been recently refurbished and are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting London. For the price it is great value.

I just needed a cheap clean safe place to stay for one night in London. This place was perfect Tiny room but had en suite, a kettle, and wifi. Polite efficient staff on reception. Would recommend

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and was nicely warm. I also loved the modern and stylish interior design. The location is very convenient ,close to King’s Cross. I highly recommend this place!

Great location for catching a train or other transportation at Kings Cross. Small room but perfect for a single traveller. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby

A slight step up from a hostel

The photos on hotels.com show much larger rooms, our room was only 3 metres wide at the largest width and 1.5 in the smallest (as the bathroom cut into the room) bed was short, if you are over 5ft 8 your feet may hang off the end. They have no air conditioning and given the very hot summer the UK has had it made the nights uncomfortable, you need to leave the window open which means you get all the street noise. The place overall was very noisy, you can hear upstairs and the room next to you, the park next to the hotel is noisey at night and you can hear drug deals going on. There is no facilities no laundry etc, they offer luggage storage which is you leave your luggage in the lobby out in the open, given the front door is not secure (no key or card entry just push to open) is really a risk. The only upside is it is close to Kings Cross for transport ease.

Very small room, no lift and drain issues.

Very very small room with poor window, so it can be noisy. No lift in the hotel with very narrow stairs to carry luggage up/down. Weirdly the sink is not in the bathroom and issues with drain smelling.

Nice enough, but better options in vicinity.

Walking distance from Kings X station. Room on third floor. Can imagine it would be a real struggle if you were with suitcases. Thankfully we only had a backpack, but it is still a bit of a climb (no lifts). Nice large bathroom, bed set against wall, so not good for access/getting up without disturbing partner if wallside.
