IN SHOCK!!!! I walked into the Quality Inn at around 5 am on August 3rd. The night manager, Zack, took one look at me and said "they didn't have any rooms, they were booked". I hadn't even made it up to the check-in counter. I wasn't even greeted with "may I help you". I proceeded to tell him that I had a reservation. Again, he told me that all the rooms were booked. I then told him that I had paid for my room in advance, called the hotel earlier to let them know I would be arriving late, and that I was told by the day shift manager, as well as, his corporate office, that my room would be held until 7 am that morning. My daughter and I had just driven 12 hours to get there and we were completely exhausted. I travel as a part of my job, and I have stayed in many hotels, this is the first time I have ever experienced being treated in such a rude, disrespectful and demeaning manner. When I questioned Zack about the hotel's corporate policy and my paid room being given away, he told me to "get out!" My daughter and I were traveling from California to Georgia. I made a point of booking 2 hotel rooms before leaving so we would have a place to spend the night. We didn't have any problems the first night, when we arrived in New Mexico after 2:30 am. Our room was waiting for us, and they even allowed us to check out late. It was only when we arrived at this particular Quality Inn in Little Rock Arkansas that we encountered a problem. I decided to wait for the General Manager to get in, to file an official complaint against how we were treated. The General Manager, Nirav Patel wasn't any help. He made excuses for Zack's behavior and lack of common courtesy and professionalism. He also made excuses for Zack not knowing about corporate policy. How is it that the day shift manager knew about the policy, but Zack didn't? If you are a night shift manager, should you not know these things? Shouldn't you also know how to treat people with common decency and respect, since they are customers? It was a total waste of time talking to the General Manager, Nirav Patel. He was young, naive, and basically clueless. He didn't even offer an apology on behalf of the hotel. Mr. Patel, do you even provide training to your staff on how to provide excellent customer service? This hotel is a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here were excellent. The property is a little older, perhaps nearing some remodeling, but still clean and well-kept. It's off the interstate, back down a little road so not very clearly marked. Our dog also approved. But, we liked our stay here and found it very comfortable. We'd stay here again.

Stay at this motel when EVER in Little Rock Arkansas always clean rooms and very friendly staff parking lot well lighted also has Great truck parking that doesn't wake up guest while parking recommend this motel very highly

The room was clean and the bed comfy. This is a pet friendly venue. Direct tv in the room and good internet connection.. Easy on/off to I 40. Gasoline and restaurants are close by. We were satisfied with our stay.

traveling to St. Louis area, found this location thru web search and used that to get a good rate for the night. friendly people at the front desk. very comfortable room, had everything a traveler would need. typical breakfast offerings. it takes a little navigating to get to the site from the highway, but it turned out well. would stop again if in the area.

We've stayed here in the past with no problems. It had been a clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The last time we stayed here, last week, we had quite a different experience. The room was in need of some maintenance (cracked tiles in the bathroom, etc). The room did not look like it had been cleaned very well. The bathroom sink was dirty, and there were some dead bugs on the floor in the corner of the room by the air conditioner. When we pulled the blankets back on the bed, there were 4 long hairs on the sheets (obviously they had not been properly cleaned after the previous visit). Needless to say, we were pretty grossed out at that point. We couldn't leave that place fast enough.

First thing I notice was the hallway carpet needed to be changed. Dirty and thin. My rooms carpet needed a changing. There was lint or paper on the floor like the maid only have vacuumed. Second off was the musty old smoke smell. I had a non smoking room. It was a mild smell tho wore off the longer I stayed in the room. The the flies. Killed probably six before and there were more in the morning. Either in the bathroom or hanging out by the window curtain. Bed was slightly hard could fill the springs. Breakfast was so so. Waffles eggs sausage cereal etc. Price was reasonable and quick easy off and on from the 40.

The room and bed were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet in the hallway and the steps from the lobby was filthy. The night clerk was good. The breakfast staff was lacking. They were very stingy in putting out food. The eggs were good, what there was of them. Probably would stay again .

Stayed one night while traveling and everything was good. There was a slight mildew odor thru the hotel and you could tell it was an ongoing issue as they have a dehumidifier in the 1st floor hallway. Room and linens were clean and the double bed room was big. Hot breakfast was provided. Location is not the best especially for food. Not far away is a much larger choice. For the one night I needed it was fine.

We stayed at this location on our return trip to Houston. The room itself was clean . Beddng was comfortable . The drapes were not hung properly. They were falling off the hooks. The location is not great. Only fast food joints to choose from . However we drove to the next exit and there were a lot of choices. We ended up going to a brewery which was dog friendly . It was a good place to have a couple cold beers and some good food .
