These are the best showers ever! Very clean, friendly. Small parking lot.

I was shocked to enter the property and find the host checking in not wearing a mask. The cleaning staff were not wearing masks. It was a rude awakening to how disrespectful Arkansas people are with consideration for the pandemic.

It wad adequate and we got a good nights sleep. What I didn't like was the walk in shower we requested did not have and shelf to put soap and shampoo. It made things a little akward. We had a nice hot breakfast. However the worker in charge of keeping the eatung area supplied was really working the room for tips. A paper plate with tips written on it was in full sight. Is this the norm now?

The first room smelled like smoke so they moved me into a different room. That room had the sink plugged. It took more that a day to get it fixed. Otherwise, a clean room and nice stay.

I had to cancel because there wasn’t any parking available. The hotel has just paved half of their parking lot and there wasn’t any where to park. I will be calling Orbitz for a refund

Staff was great. The cleanes could be a little better. I was giving a room with a sharing door and I could hear everything on the other side. I dealt with it by having the ac on to block them out.

Property is in very poor condition. No coffee or breakfast available. Best Western has lost my travel business.

Our stay here was fine. We only stayed one night when passing thru. Little Rock is usually our stopping point when traveling from KY to TX. Room was clean and a/c kept the room cold.

Clean and very good at keeping safe as possible from virus Masks worn by all no food or coffee in lobby that could spread the virus

I have stayed at this location 4 to 6 times per year and up to 10 to 20 times at Best Western Plus locations, but no more. Hotel bed was horrible and room upgrades were not appealing. Rooms looked empty and seating was terrible.

While it was clean and the staff was very friendly, I smelled a gas leak in the laundry room. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they checked it out and said they would call someone immediately. Then there was some guy wandering around the parking lot in his leopard briefs and a t-shirt, no shoes, and asking people for cigarettes...So I checked out of the hotel and stayed down the street. But, all in all if there hadn't been a gas leak, I probably would have stayed. Just an uncomfortable set of circumstances...

The inside store was nice. The room was spacious. The hot tub was marvelous. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE! The hotel manager was working the front desk. He ask for my name and i gave it to him and told him we had a reservation for 6. He said that would be an extra 10 dollars & I told him no I had already paid for the room. He argued that I didnt & that Orbitz did not send the funds over to them even after showing him the receipt. So had to call Orbitz and wait for them to call the hotel. While on hold with Orbitz the manager figured out he was looking at the wrong reservation. I was treated like I was a nuisance. Our room was 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa sleeper. The carpet was dirty but the beds were clean. I pulled out the sleeper for the kids and the springs were gone on the sleeper that holds the mat to the frame and the kids would have fell through the frame and to top it off there were no sheets or blankets in the room for the bed. Also the springs were showing though the mattress. So I called back down to the front desk to inform the manager and he was very rude. If you pay for a room and that room is not suitable, the hotel should offer to move you and not expect you to just deal with it! He made it seem like a hassle because he didnt have any maintenance or housekeeping there. He finally had me check the room next door to see if the sleeper was better and at least it had the springs attached, still no sheets or blankets. So moved next door. Next morning the breakfast staff were just as rude. I will not stay there ever again!

The slow elevator too long of a wait for it to come n they need more than just one.

Looks clean overall. But found an empty bottle in the trash can. The curtains can't close properly.(there is a gap that curtains can't close) Finally one side of the mirror light isn't working.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

I had to cancel because there wasn’t any parking available. The hotel has just paved half of their parking lot and there wasn’t any where to park. I will be calling Orbitz for a refund

I apologize for your poor experience at our hotel. We have just gone through a renovation last year. Also, we offer grab and go breakfast bags at the front desk and coffee as well. I do apologize if you did not see that these were available to you as a guest in our hotel. We will do better in the future to make it known to you that these are available.
