We walked into our room, turned around and found a different motel! Room was filthy, outside was rusting/falling apart, there were drunks and parties everywhere, and people drinking in their pickups in the parking lot. VERY scary people and location.

At $50 a night I wasn't expecting much. What I got was a friendly reception and clean, comfortable, quiet room. I rated it a 4/5 because of the cleanliness which was better than expected! Good location too, you won't be disappointed.

This stay was great Tara at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping are respectful and make sure you have what you need. This hotel is a forsure stay over! I would recommend to anyone! Very close to shopping centers and mall!

Beds are soft enough HOWEVER, the rooms are not remodeled. They are way out dated and not very convenient for travelers, NO refrigerator, NO Microwave, NO iron. Old chipped mirrors in bathrooms. Air conditioner takes forever to cool the room. One night stay is enough. bring your own cooler.

It recently changed from a La Quinta to ABV and this was our last stay there. Its uncared-for and poorly maintained. The bed was OK but the room was dirty. It just has a very unpleasant, unwelcoming feel about it. The toilet struggled to flush so called the desk. He spoke fair English and offered no solutions except "they are all like that." Went to eat and came back for showers. Tub did not drain well. Called the guy, and guess what he said? So hope you like to shower in 4 inches of scum. No continental breakfast and NO COFFEE in room or lobby.

I have stayed at alot of places in my 50 years of travel, this is the vey first time I have experienced such wonderful customer service. They hit the Jackpot when they hired Tara She made it feel like home. The rooms were really nice and the grounds were clean. The place is being remodeled and looking very good.

Spent 1 night here and it was not what I expected. Did not realize this was a Motel 6 with a different name, but even the credit card slip said "Motel 6". The room was reasonably priced. There were 2 double beds that were very comfortable. The a/c was loud but most of them are in motel rooms. It worked fine. There was a small fridge and microwave. Bathroom was fine. I found the room to be pretty clean, but outside scared me. After dark we stayed in our room and locked up. The room was on the back of the building, facing the highway. I did not notice any road noise from inside the room but there was someone sitting in a car, with the car running, for at least 2 hours, in the parking lot. Ummm... Plenty of questionable cliente. I thought they offered a breakfast and was disappointed that they do not. It is a Motel 6, however, and as far as I know, they never do. There was an ice machine, an outdoor pool, reasonable price, close to some nice restaurants and right off the highway. Expected to have a more negative review, as this is not the level of accommodations we usually stay at, but honestly it was not that bad. I would most likely not stay here again, however. There are lots of places to spend the night around Little Rock.

This property was horrible!!!! The first room that we were given smelled horrible and had a dirty bed and dirty mirrors with hand prints and all and the tub had black mold in it. Then we got to the second room (which was the better one of the two) and I have NEVER stayed in a room that was this discusting. I felt stuck cause the room was already paid for otherwise I would have left the property immediately. The toilet bowl was dirty and the toilet seat was coming off of the hinges, I KILLED TWO COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM! The smoke detector was stolen or taken away from room, the sheets did not fit the bed and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. On the outside of the property the stairwell was rusted and roped off and the clientell of this place attracted the wrong people which made things feel unsafe. I do not recommend this property I was grossed out my entire stay!

Main reason for this was they allow 2 dogs, lab and beagle, no issues and no extra cost. Lack of grass and walking areas around but great dog park in Murray Park about 15 minutes away. Good location of the highway and close to great bbq restaurants. Rooms are very basic, no coffee or hairdryer etc, but not expected. Everything functioned and lobby had free coffee all day. Room was clean, little run down and may scare some people who are expecting 3 or 4 star quality, but at this price, this is what you should expect. External parking for easy access to car. Room smelt of stale smoke, appears they don't segregate for smokers, but with dogs, quickly mask the smell. A/C somewhat loud. Noise at night and early hours from other residents. Expected as this is "extended stay" location and draws some varying clientele, but otherwise felt safe.
