Great location, very nice hotel. Staff there was wonderful and very helpful. Room was comfortable and pool was nice although not heated. Fantastic roof top terrace with sweeping views of the city.
Everything was perfect - clean room, great view, nice breakfast, very comfortable and great service .
check in was horriblearrived at 2pm and was told I would be notified when the room was ready 1 1/2 hour later when I questioned the delay was told it was ready. Total disregard for the customer. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no armoire for the clothes
Very difficult visit. On our second day my 80 yr old mother fell and broke her hip. The hotel staff has been wonderful extending our stay into the unknown, delivering delicious GF, DF meals to my room at late hours and making sure I have everything I need to be available to take care of my mother. We had one day to explore before this happened and our location is delightfully situated within walking distance to museums, cafes and the harbor as well as countless hilly neighborhoods and endless shopping if one were so inclined. The Aerobus came right from the airport to the hotel and the ticket was good for unlimited rides for 24 hrs. All the way to the harbor and back.
Tivoli is an amazing hotel with a great staff. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the Rossio and 4 min cab ride from the Barrio Aalto. 100 recommended.
The value was very good for a weekday stay. The rooftop bar had an incredible view. But the rooftop restaurant was not very good at all for the money. Very disappointing.
