We enjoyed everything about the hotel.
Nothing was unique. Didn’t like a 4 star hotel didn’t offer to take my bags and had no parking.
The lobby of this hotel is stunning and the staff are doing an amazing job. Breakfast is your basic buffet (no mimosas served until lunch time; if you have the staff and alcohol on hand, why not make them and upcharge if you have to?) There is no in-room service and the mini bar is empty; I think if you want mini bar items you have to call the reception. You can tell they are trying to cut costs by removing items like hair conditioner from the bathroom. Stuff a 4 star hotel should consider making avail for the guests without having to ask. For a new hotel there is a design flaw of two/three small steps in the lobby that make luggage, wheel chair and stroller access harder to travel with although the staff offered to help (it was nice they offered to help but they shouldn’t have to had this been considered during the design process of the hotel; so maybe not ADA friendly). The elevators are also a bit on the smaller side. Beautiful hotel, clean, but with some minor details to adjust.
